Campus Recruitment
We provide students studying in India with a pathway to a career in Japan. Here’s how we make it happen:
Raising Awareness
Through events like Pre-Placement Orientation & Japan Day, we introduce students to exciting career opportunities in Japan while offering a glimpse into its vibrant culture.

Japan Career Center (JCC)
Located at partner universities, our JCC serves as the go-to resource for students. With direct interactions with Japanese natives, engaging activities, and expert advice, we ensure students are well-prepared for their placement journey towards Japan.
Virtual Career Center (VCC)
We bring the Career Center support to students no matter where they are. From selecting the right job to writing resumes and mastering interview etiquettes, VCC provides keys to successful job-seeking experiences.

Placements
Acting as a bridge between universities and Japanese companies, we offer end-to-end placement support, including visa assistance and onboarding guidance, ensuring a seamless transition to Japan.
Japanese education
Pre-placement program
Our ZOT Course is a tailored program designed to identify students who are genuinely interested in pursuing a career in Japan.
Upon registration, candidates are given access to Japanese language classes, preferential employment support, cultural education about Japan, and additional information to help them gain a deeper understanding of the country. Once successfully completing the language test, career counseling, and fundamental technical test, students can apply to all of the Japanese companies introduced during the year.

Post-placement training
After being placed through one of our recruitment events, the next step for the candidate is Japanese language education, fully funded by their hiring company.
Our committed Japanese Education Team provides quality education, with classes tailored to each student’s level. Our teachers are a mix of Japanese and Indian nationals, enabling students to gain diverse perspectives and insights of the language and culture.
Our online courses feature 300+ hours of instruction, complemented by fun games and activities. After completion, candidates are ready to begin their journey to Japan!
The SSW Initiative
Supporting Japan’s Human Resource Needs through SSW
Our mission is to create a society where individuals can achieve their career goals regardless of nationality or cultural background.
Japan is currently experiencing a growing shortage of human resources across various industries due to an imbalance between labor supply and demand. At the same time, India has a large and growing pool of young, skilled, and motivated individuals who are seeking opportunities to build their careers overseas.
The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) system provides an important opportunity to connect these two needs. It enables qualified foreign workers to work in Japan in designated industries while contributing their skills to Japanese companies and local communities.
Recognizing the increasing demand from Japanese companies for reliable and motivated overseas talent, Zenken India LLP has developed support services focused on SSW recruitment, Japanese language education, career guidance, and pre- and post-arrival support.

From Recruitment to Settlement in Japan
Our support goes beyond recruitment. We assist candidates in preparing for employment in Japan by providing Interview practice sessions, guidance regarding workplace culture, information about life in Japan, and support throughout the SSW application and onboarding process.
We believe successful overseas employment requires continuous support before and after arrival in Japan.
Our services therefore cover the candidate journey from:
- Identifying and recruiting suitable SSW candidates in India
- Providing Japanese language and communication training
- Introducing Japanese workplace culture and expectations
- Supporting candidates through the recruitment and selection process
- Assisting with SSW-related procedures and preparation for departure
- Supporting candidates after their arrival in Japan
- Helping workers adapt to their workplace and local community
- Maintaining communication with both workers and Japanese employers
- Proving Japanese language support after their arrival for National certification exam
