Zenken India LLP is a branch office of Zenken Corporation, a Japanese company that offers IT solutions and language education, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We aim to create a society where individuals can achieve their career goals regardless of nationality and cultural background.

In recent years, we have seen the widening gap in human resources in Japan due to less supply and more demand, while India’s situation is quite the opposite — more supply, less demand. While there are many students studying to become engineers, there is a lack of job positions available to take in this oncoming personnel. 

In response to the needs of Japanese companies seeking engineers, we chose to provide support services in areas of Campus Recruitment and Japanese Language Training for skilled individuals in India. 

From the very beginning, through focusing on recruiting activities in universities, we successfully established Career Centers at engineering institutions in Bangalore — a first for a Japanese company!

From providing support through recruitment services to helping students settle in Japan, we have built and continue to establish relationships to expand opportunities for skilled engineers in India.
