We are the branch company of Zenken Corporation, a Japanese company that offers IT solutions and language education, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Zenken India LLP’s main business is to provide Japanese career opportunities to Indian talents by connecting them to Japanese companies.
In recent years, we have seen an acceleration of globalization within Japan, in parallel with shortage of local IT talents. While in India, there is a huge number of students studying to become IT engineers, in stark contrast with Japan. In response to the needs of companies in Japan seeking IT personnel, we provide both “new graduate recruitment” and “mid-career recruitment” support services for talented IT professionals in India.
Recently, we are focusing our recruiting activities on talented students from universities and colleges in India. We have established a Career Center in Bangalore, the first such endeavor by a Japanese company, and have built pipelines with top universities producing excellent IT professionals.
